Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product, usually 25 kg for spices and powders and 100 L or 100 kg for oils and grains. The minimum order is shown on every product page.
How do I get the price?
Click “Get a quote” on any product or message us on WhatsApp with the quantity and delivery city. We reply with a quotation within one working day.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Samples of up to 500 g are available for most products. Courier charges are paid by the buyer.
Delivery
Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, through transport partners to 18 states. Delivery usually takes 3–8 working days after dispatch.
Quality
Are your products certified organic?
Our products are certified under NPOP / India Organic. Certificates and the lab report of each lot are shared with the order.
Packing
Do you offer private label packing?
Yes, we pack with your brand name and design from 100 kg per product. Ask for details in your quotation request.
